Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use Witty and Wild Game Den, create an account or take part in any game. Underage content or participation is strictly prohibited.

Keep your login details private and provide accurate age and contact information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Our games are entertainment, not advice or instructions. Every prompt is optional. Players can skip, pause, change or stop a prompt or a whole game at any time without explanation.

Players remain responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing and conduct. Do not use the service to pressure, coerce, harass, abuse or involve anyone who has not freely agreed to participate.

Do not use the site for illegal activity, underage material, threats, harassment, impersonation, malicious code, attempts to access another account or content that breaches another person's rights.

You keep responsibility for cards, feedback and messages you submit. You grant us permission to store and review them to operate, moderate and improve the beta. Private user cards are not automatically added to the public game. We may remove content or restrict an account where necessary for safety, legality or service integrity.

The Witty and Wild brand, site design, game concepts, artwork and published card content belong to us or our licensors. A personal account gives you a limited, revocable right to use the service for private adult entertainment. It does not transfer ownership or permit commercial copying or resale.

This is an early-stage beta. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create safety or security risks.

No final paid subscription, renewal, cancellation or refund terms are confirmed in this beta. Any future paid service will have clear terms before a purchase is taken.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for personal decisions, conduct between players, indirect losses or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These launch terms are provisionally intended to be governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to professional legal review and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
